About Marlene C. Nowlin:
Marlene C. Nowlin; a partner at Finch, Thornton & Baird; has extensive litigation experience representing companies and individuals in a wide range of labor and employment, construction, and other disputes, including: Wage and hour claims (including meal, rest break, overtime, class action, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims), Discrimination and harassment claims, Retaliation cases, Employment arbitrations, Wrongful discharge, Employee raiding and and misappropriation of trade secrets, Other claims and disputes between employers and employees. Marlene represents and advises clients in state and federal courts in matters involving: California Labor Code, The Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Federal OSHA and Cal/OSHA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The Americans with Disabilities Act, Other state, federal, and local compliance matters.
